Mr EF Lusher acted as Brogan’s solicitor in an honorary capacity, and on his application, defendant was remanded until to-day, when the PM will occupy the bench. Defendant was allowed out on £5 bail. A collection was taken at the court, and an hour later, Brogan was seen emerging from a tailor’s shop wearing a new shirt, tie, hat, shoes, etc, and looking a new man.
